These terms apply to the website 1312wrap.dev and to the free apps of 1312 Wrap Design (Tasks, My Team and others published on this site). By using the site or installing an app you accept them.

1. Who we are

1312 Wrap Design is run by FOP Kurylenko Dmytro Volodymyrovich, Ukraine. Contact: hello@1312wrap.dev or Telegram @wrap1312design.

2. The website and our services

The site describes our design services. Prices on it are starting prices and are not a public offer. The price, scope, deadlines and payment for each project are agreed with you in writing — in a message, an invoice or a contract. Unless we agree otherwise, the conditions shown on the site apply: a 50% deposit before we start, five rounds of revisions, and up to three weeks for a livery design.

After full payment you may use the final design for the purpose we agreed. We keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio unless we agreed otherwise.

3. Licence to use our apps

• Our apps are free. You may install them on any number of computers and use them for personal and commercial work.
• You may not sell or rent them, publish modified copies, or remove our name and copyright notices. Decompiling is allowed only where the law allows it.
• Download the apps only from this site or from our GitHub (github.com/1312dev). We are not responsible for copies from other sources.
• The apps, their design and code belong to 1312 Wrap Design.

4. Your data

The apps keep your data on your own computer (or on a server you run yourself). You are responsible for it: make backups, keep your computer safe, and make sure you may store the personal data of other people you add, such as clients, staff or drivers. We have no copy and cannot restore lost data.

5. Third-party services

Some features connect to other services: Telegram, Instagram and Facebook (Meta), YouTube and Google, TikTok, GitHub, exchange-rate and weather services. When you use them, their terms apply too — for example the YouTube Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and TikTok Terms of Service. These services may change or stop their features at any time, and we can’t guarantee that a connection will keep working.

6. Beta features

Features marked “beta” are still being tested. They may be limited — for example to a list of testers — change, or be removed.

7. No warranty

The apps are provided “as is”, free of charge, without any warranty that they are error-free or fit a particular purpose. Check important numbers — money, stock, deadlines — before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost data or business interruption caused by using the site or the apps. For paid design services our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in another country, the mandatory rules of your country still protect you.

Ці умови діють для сайту 1312wrap.dev і безкоштовних застосунків 1312 Wrap Design (Tasks, My Team та інших, опублікованих на цьому сайті). Користуючись сайтом або встановлюючи застосунок, ви їх приймаєте.

2. Сайт і наші послуги

Сайт описує наші послуги з дизайну. Ціни на ньому — стартові й не є публічною офертою. Вартість, обсяг, строки й оплату кожного проєкту ми погоджуємо з вами письмово — у повідомленні, рахунку чи договорі. Якщо не домовилися інакше, діють умови з сайту: передоплата 50% перед початком, пʼять раундів правок і до трьох тижнів на дизайн лівреї.

Після повної оплати ви можете використовувати фінальний дизайн для погодженої мети. Ми залишаємо за собою право показувати готову роботу в портфоліо, якщо не домовилися інакше.

3. Ліцензія на застосунки

• Наші застосунки безкоштовні. Ви можете встановити їх на будь-яку кількість компʼютерів і використовувати для особистих і комерційних справ.
• Не можна продавати чи здавати їх в оренду, публікувати змінені копії або прибирати нашу назву й позначки авторського права. Декомпіляція дозволена лише там, де це дозволяє закон.
• Завантажуйте програми лише з цього сайту або з нашого GitHub (github.com/1312dev). За копії з інших джерел ми не відповідаємо.
• Застосунки, їхній дизайн і код належать 1312 Wrap Design.

4. Ваші дані

Застосунки зберігають ваші дані на вашому компʼютері (або на сервері, який ви запускаєте самі). Ви відповідаєте за них: робіть резервні копії, бережіть компʼютер і переконайтеся, що маєте право зберігати персональні дані інших людей, яких додаєте, — клієнтів, персоналу чи пілотів. У нас немає копії, і ми не можемо відновити втрачені дані.

5. Сторонні сервіси

Деякі функції підключаються до інших сервісів: Telegram, Instagram і Facebook (Meta), YouTube і Google, TikTok, GitHub, сервісів курсів валют і погоди. Коли ви ними користуєтеся, діють і їхні умови — наприклад Умови використання YouTube, Умови Instagram і Умови TikTok. Ці сервіси можуть будь-коли змінити чи вимкнути свої функції, тож ми не гарантуємо, що підключення працюватиме завжди.

6. Бета-функції

Функції з позначкою «бета» ще тестуються. Вони можуть бути обмежені — наприклад, списком тестувальників, — змінитися або зникнути.

7. Без гарантій

Застосунки надаються «як є», безкоштовно, без гарантії, що в них немає помилок або що вони підходять для певної мети. Перевіряйте важливі цифри — гроші, склад, строки, — перш ніж на них покладатися.

8. Обмеження відповідальності

Наскільки дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, втрачений прибуток, втрату даних чи перерви в роботі через використання сайту або застосунків. За платні послуги з дизайну наша відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за проєкт. Ніщо тут не обмежує ваших прав споживача, які закон не дозволяє обмежувати.

9. Зміни й припинення

Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови; дата вгорі показує чинну версію. Ви можете будь-коли припинити користування, видаливши застосунок.

10. Право

Ці умови регулюються законодавством України. Якщо ви споживач в іншій країні, вас і далі захищають обовʼязкові норми вашої країни.
