In short: My Team has no accounts, no analytics and no ads. Your team data stays on your computer. Social media data goes straight from Instagram, YouTube and TikTok to your computer. Our login server only swaps a one-time login code for a token and keeps nothing.

1. Who is responsible

My Team is made by 1312 Wrap Design (FOP Kurylenko Dmytro Volodymyrovich, Ukraine). Contact: hello@1312wrap.dev or Telegram @wrap1312design. The app keeps your data on your own devices, so you control it; we don’t receive or process it.

2. What the app stores on your computer

  • Team data you enter: drivers and staff (names, contacts, dates of birth, licences, sizes, pay rates), cars, setups, stock, calendar and events, tasks, finance, sponsors, companies and contacts.
  • Documents and reports you create, in the documents folder you choose.
  • Connected social accounts: the access tokens and the statistics the app downloads (see section 4).
  • Settings, including a Telegram bot token and chat IDs, and the address and key of your own notification server if you set them up.

3. When the app goes online

  • Exchange rates — from the European Central Bank and the National Bank of Ukraine. No personal data is sent.
  • Weather — from Open-Meteo, for the cities of your events. Only the city name is sent.
  • Updates — the app asks GitHub whether a newer version exists. No personal data is sent.
  • Telegram — only if you turn it on. Notifications, reports and documents go through your own bot to the chats you choose, under the Telegram privacy policy.
  • Your notification server — only if you set one up. The app sends it the ready texts and schedule of your notifications. The server is yours; we have no access to it.
  • Instagram, YouTube and TikTok — only for accounts you connect (section 4).

4. Social media accounts

You can connect Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts of your team and drivers to see their statistics in the app and in sponsor reports. Connecting is optional, read-only and can be undone at any time. My Team never posts, replies, likes, hides or deletes anything.

How login works

You sign in on the official login page of Instagram, Google or TikTok and approve access. The platform returns a one-time code. For Google, the app exchanges it for a token directly with Google. For Instagram and TikTok, the exchange needs the app’s secret key, which can’t be shipped inside a desktop app, so the code goes to our login server auth.1312wrap.dev (Cloudflare Workers). The server adds the secret, gets the token from the platform and passes it straight back to your app. It does not store or log codes, tokens or any account data. Token renewal for TikTok goes the same way; Instagram and Google tokens are renewed by the app directly.

Instagram (Instagram API with Instagram Login)

Permissions: instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_insights, instagram_business_manage_comments. The app reads your profile (username, name, picture, numbers of followers, follows and posts), your posts, reels and stories with their insights (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, profile activity), aggregated audience data (age, gender, cities, countries, when followers are online) and comments on your posts, including the usernames of the people who wrote them.

YouTube (Google)

Scopes: youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly, yt-analytics-monetary.readonly. The app reads your channel (title, picture, subscribers, views, videos), your videos with their statistics, and YouTube Analytics reports: views, watch time, traffic sources, geography, devices, audience retention, click-through rate, and estimated revenue for monetised channels.

By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke My Team’s access on the Google security settings page.

My Team’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

TikTok

Scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list. The app reads your profile (name, username, picture, bio, verification), your numbers of followers, follows, likes and videos, and your public videos with their views, likes, comments and shares.

How this data is used

Only to show you statistics, charts and lists inside the app, and in reports you decide to create and share. The data is stored on your computer only. We don’t receive it, sell it, use it for advertising or to train AI models, and we don’t share it with anyone.

5. What we receive

Nothing. My Team has no telemetry, no crash reports and no analytics. The login server sees only the one-time code (and, for TikTok renewals, the refresh token) for the moment it takes to exchange it, plus your IP address as part of the request.

6. Other people’s data

If you add drivers, staff, sponsors or contacts, you decide what to store about them and are responsible for having the right to do so.

7. Keeping and deleting data

Data stays on your computer until you delete it. Removing an account in Social media → Accounts deletes its tokens and statistics from your computer. Step-by-step instructions, including how to revoke access on each platform, are on the data deletion page.

8. Security

Tokens and data are kept in the app’s data folder in your user account. Protect your computer with a password and keep your system up to date. Connections to the platforms and to our login server use HTTPS.

9. Children

My Team is a work tool and is not meant for children under 16.

Коротко: у My Team немає акаунтів, аналітики й реклами. Дані команди залишаються на вашому компʼютері. Дані соцмереж ідуть з Instagram, YouTube і TikTok просто на ваш компʼютер. Наш сервер входу лише обмінює одноразовий код входу на токен і нічого не зберігає.

2. Що програма зберігає на вашому компʼютері

  • Дані команди, які ви вводите: пілоти й персонал (імена, контакти, дати народження, ліцензії, розміри, ставки), авто, сетапи, склад, календар і заходи, завдання, фінанси, спонсори, компанії й контакти.
  • Документи й звіти, які ви створюєте, — у теці документів, яку ви обрали.
  • Підключені акаунти соцмереж: токени доступу та статистика, яку завантажує програма (див. розділ 4).
  • Налаштування, зокрема токен Telegram-бота й ID чатів, адресу й ключ вашого сервера сповіщень, якщо ви їх задали.

3. Коли програма виходить в інтернет

  • Курси валют — від Європейського центрального банку й Національного банку України. Персональні дані не надсилаються.
  • Погода — від Open-Meteo для міст ваших заходів. Надсилається лише назва міста.
  • Оновлення — програма питає GitHub, чи є новіша версія. Персональні дані не надсилаються.
  • Telegram — лише якщо ви його ввімкнете. Сповіщення, звіти й документи йдуть через вашого бота в чати, які ви обрали, за політикою Telegram.
  • Ваш сервер сповіщень — лише якщо ви його налаштували. Програма надсилає йому готові тексти й розклад сповіщень. Сервер ваш, доступу до нього ми не маємо.
  • Instagram, YouTube і TikTok — лише для акаунтів, які ви підключили (розділ 4).

4. Акаунти соцмереж

Ви можете підключити Instagram, YouTube і TikTok команди й пілотів, щоб бачити їхню статистику в програмі та у звітах спонсорам. Підключення необовʼязкове, лише для читання, і його можна будь-коли скасувати. My Team нічого не публікує, не відповідає, не лайкає, не приховує й не видаляє.

Як працює вхід

Ви входите на офіційній сторінці Instagram, Google або TikTok і дозволяєте доступ. Платформа повертає одноразовий код. Для Google програма обмінює його на токен напряму в Google. Для Instagram і TikTok обмін потребує секретного ключа застосунку, який не можна класти в програму для компʼютера, тож код іде на наш сервер входу auth.1312wrap.dev (Cloudflare Workers). Сервер додає секрет, отримує токен від платформи й одразу повертає його у вашу програму. Він не зберігає й не записує в журнал коди, токени чи будь-які дані акаунтів. Подовження токена TikTok відбувається так само; токени Instagram і Google програма подовжує сама.

Instagram (Instagram API з входом через Instagram)

Дозволи: instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_insights, instagram_business_manage_comments. Програма читає ваш профіль (нікнейм, імʼя, фото, кількість підписників, підписок і публікацій), ваші пости, reels і сторіс зі статистикою (перегляди, охоплення, лайки, коментарі, поширення, збереження, дії в профілі), узагальнені дані аудиторії (вік, стать, міста, країни, коли підписники онлайн) і коментарі до ваших публікацій разом із нікнеймами їхніх авторів.

YouTube (Google)

Дозволи: youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly, yt-analytics-monetary.readonly. Програма читає ваш канал (назва, фото, підписники, перегляди, відео), ваші відео зі статистикою та звіти YouTube Analytics: перегляди, час перегляду, джерела трафіку, географію, пристрої, утримання аудиторії, CTR і орієнтовний дохід для монетизованих каналів.

Підключаючи канал YouTube, ви погоджуєтеся з Умовами використання YouTube, а Google обробляє ваші дані за Політикою конфіденційності Google. Відкликати доступ My Team можна на сторінці безпеки Google.

Використання й передача My Team інформації, отриманої через Google API, відповідатиме Політиці Google щодо даних користувачів API-сервісів, зокрема вимогам обмеженого використання (Limited Use).

TikTok

Дозволи: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list. Програма читає ваш профіль (імʼя, нікнейм, фото, опис, верифікацію), кількість підписників, підписок, лайків і відео, а також ваші публічні відео з переглядами, лайками, коментарями й поширеннями.

Як використовуються ці дані

Лише щоб показати вам статистику, графіки й списки в програмі та у звітах, які ви самі створюєте й надсилаєте. Дані зберігаються тільки на вашому компʼютері. Ми їх не отримуємо, не продаємо, не використовуємо для реклами чи навчання ШІ й нікому не передаємо.

5. Що отримуємо ми

Нічого. У My Team немає телеметрії, звітів про збої чи аналітики. Сервер входу бачить лише одноразовий код (а для подовження TikTok — токен оновлення) на час обміну, а також вашу IP-адресу як частину запиту.

6. Дані інших людей

Якщо ви додаєте пілотів, персонал, спонсорів чи контакти, ви самі вирішуєте, що про них зберігати, і відповідаєте за те, що маєте на це право.

7. Зберігання й видалення

Дані залишаються на вашому компʼютері, доки ви їх не видалите. Видалення акаунта в розділі «Соцмережі → Акаунти» стирає його токени й статистику з компʼютера. Покрокова інструкція, зокрема як відкликати доступ на кожній платформі, — на сторінці видалення даних.

8. Безпека

Токени й дані зберігаються в теці даних програми у вашому обліковому записі компʼютера. Захистіть компʼютер паролем і вчасно оновлюйте систему. Зʼєднання з платформами й нашим сервером входу йдуть через HTTPS.

9. Діти

My Team — робочий інструмент і не призначений для дітей до 16 років.

10. Зміни й контакти
