This policy explains what personal data 1312 Wrap Design collects through the website 1312wrap.dev, when you contact us or order our services, and how our apps handle data. It is written to be read, not skimmed by lawyers only — if something is unclear, just ask us.

1. Who we are

1312 Wrap Design is a design studio run by FOP Kurylenko Dmytro Volodymyrovich, registered in Ukraine. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@1312wrap.dev or Telegram @wrap1312design.

2. The website

• No accounts, forms, ads or analytics. We don’t use tracking cookies and don’t build visitor profiles.
• Your language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and the domain and e-mail forwarding are served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, they receive your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. See the GitHub privacy statement and the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Fonts. Your browser loads the fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. See the Google privacy policy.
• App pages ask GitHub for the latest version of an app to show the download buttons. Your browser contacts GitHub directly.
• Links to Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Behance and GitHub lead to those services; their own policies apply there.

3. When you contact us or order a design

You decide what to send us. Usually it is your name or username, phone number or e-mail, your messages, photos of your car, logos, briefs and other files. We use them to answer you, prepare an offer, do the work, deliver files, take payments and keep the accounting records Ukrainian law requires.

Legal grounds: steps before and performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in answering requests, and legal obligations (accounting and tax). We keep project data as long as the work and any warranty questions need it, and accounting documents for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not obliged to keep.

Our conversations happen in Telegram, Instagram or e-mail, so those services process the messages too, under their own policies.

4. Portfolio

We may show finished designs on this site, on Behance and in social media, unless we agreed otherwise. We don’t publish your personal contact details. If you want a project removed, write to us.

5. Who we share data with

We don’t sell personal data. We share it only when it is needed: with print or wrap partners if you order production (with your agreement), with banks and payment services for payments, and with authorities when the law requires it.

6. Our apps

Our desktop apps are free. They don’t have accounts or analytics, and the data you enter stays on your computer. Each app has its own policy with details.

7. Transfers outside Ukraine

Some of the services above (GitHub, Google, Cloudflare, Telegram, Meta) process data in other countries. They protect it under their own safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the authority of your country. We answer requests within 30 days.

9. Children

Our site and services are not meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Important changes are described here.

Ця політика пояснює, які персональні дані 1312 Wrap Design отримує через сайт 1312wrap.dev, коли ви пишете нам або замовляєте послуги, і як із даними працюють наші застосунки. Якщо щось незрозуміло — просто запитайте нас.

1. Хто ми

1312 Wrap Design — дизайн-студія, яку веде ФОП Куриленко Дмитро Володимирович, зареєстрований в Україні. Ми є володільцем персональних даних, описаних тут. Звʼязок: hello@1312wrap.dev або Telegram @wrap1312design.

2. Сайт

• Без акаунтів, форм, реклами й аналітики. Ми не використовуємо файли cookie для відстеження і не складаємо профілі відвідувачів.
• Вибір мови зберігається в локальному сховищі вашого браузера, щоб сайт його памʼятав. Він не залишає ваш пристрій.
• Хостинг. Сайт розміщено на GitHub Pages, а домен і пересилання пошти обслуговує Cloudflare. Як і будь-який вебсервер, вони отримують вашу IP-адресу й дані браузера, щоб показати сторінку й захистити її від зловживань. Див. політику GitHub і політику Cloudflare.
• Шрифти. Браузер завантажує шрифти з Google Fonts, тож Google отримує вашу IP-адресу. Див. політику Google.
• Сторінки застосунків запитують у GitHub останню версію програми, щоб показати кнопки завантаження. Браузер звертається до GitHub напряму.
• Посилання на Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, Behance і GitHub ведуть на ці сервіси; там діють їхні власні політики.

3. Коли ви пишете нам або замовляєте дизайн

Ви самі вирішуєте, що нам надіслати. Зазвичай це імʼя або нікнейм, телефон чи e-mail, повідомлення, фото авто, логотипи, бриф та інші файли. Ми використовуємо їх, щоб відповісти, підготувати пропозицію, виконати роботу, передати файли, прийняти оплату й вести облік, якого вимагає законодавство України.

Підстави: дії до укладення й виконання договору, наш законний інтерес відповідати на звернення та юридичні обовʼязки (бухгалтерія й податки). Дані проєкту зберігаємо, поки вони потрібні для роботи та можливих питань щодо неї, а облікові документи — стільки, скільки вимагає закон. Ви можете попросити видалити все, що ми не зобовʼязані зберігати.

Листування відбувається в Telegram, Instagram або e-mail, тому ці сервіси теж обробляють повідомлення за своїми політиками.

4. Портфоліо

Готові дизайни ми можемо показувати на цьому сайті, на Behance і в соцмережах, якщо ми не домовилися інакше. Ваших особистих контактів ми не публікуємо. Щоб прибрати проєкт, напишіть нам.

5. Кому ми передаємо дані

Ми не продаємо персональні дані. Передаємо їх лише коли це потрібно: партнерам із друку чи поклейки, якщо ви замовляєте виробництво (за вашою згодою), банкам і платіжним сервісам для оплат, державним органам, коли цього вимагає закон.

6. Наші застосунки

Наші програми для компʼютера безкоштовні. У них немає акаунтів чи аналітики, а введені вами дані залишаються на вашому компʼютері. У кожної програми є окрема політика з подробицями.

7. Передача за межі України

Частина згаданих сервісів (GitHub, Google, Cloudflare, Telegram, Meta) обробляє дані в інших країнах. Вони захищають їх власними механізмами, наприклад стандартними договірними умовами ЄС.

8. Ваші права

Ви можете попросити доступ до своїх даних, виправлення, видалення чи копію, обмежити їх використання або заперечити проти нього, а також будь-коли відкликати згоду. Ви маєте право поскаржитися до Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини, а в ЄС — до органу захисту даних своєї країни. Ми відповідаємо на запити протягом 30 днів.

9. Діти

Сайт і послуги не призначені для дітей до 16 років, і ми свідомо не збираємо їхні дані.

10. Зміни

Коли політика змінюється, ми оновлюємо дату вгорі сторінки. Важливі зміни описуємо тут.
